HOW TO

There are many ways to take CBD, the most common are topicals and orally.

With these categories there are different delivery methods like capsules, tinctures, creams and more.

Don't worry we will walk you through this!

If you've never taken CBD before ingesting it is an easy place to start. You're probably familiar with and maybe already using capsules and pills so taking CBD this way won't feel too different. Plus monitoring dosage is easy with capsules since they come in pre-measured sizes.

Dosage is important and having a consistent concentration makes it easy to find out what works for you.

GEL CAPSULES  Gel capsules can be taken once a day. Capsules typically can take 45 minutes or longer to work itself into your system, and then last several hours!

TINCTURES  Generally you consume a tincture by placing it under your tongue and holding it there for up to a minute as it dissolves. Some people even use it in their food, or add a few drops to their favorite smoothie recipe. It's easy to adjust the dose adding and subtracting a few drops, and it typically works much faster than capsules or gummies.

GUMMIES  These are a fun more flavorful way to ingest CBD. Gummies typically can take 45 minutes or longer to work itself into your system.

CBN (NIGHT TIME) CAPSULES  Our CBN gel capsule also contains CBD.

CBG (DAY TIME) CAPSULES  Our CBG/CBD capsules are great for morning time use when your first working up.
